2. The basis for the processing of personal data is the conclusion/performance of the Agreement with the Customer and the legitimate interest of the Administrator - enabling and maintaining contact with the Customer (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR);

3. We process the following personal data: name, surname, contact details (telephone numbers, e-mail address), job position;

4. Personal data is processed until the Agreement is terminated and claims arising from it expire;

5. Personal data may be or are made available to entities authorized under the law, as well as entities acting on behalf of the administrator, obliged to maintain confidentiality, i.e. and companies providing services to CONDIX S.A. outsourcing services: accounting, legal or tax;
