| Description: | As part of the investment, construction of a hotel building with an underground garage and accompanying infrastructure is planned. The slope on which the building will be located, characterized by a strong slope of the terrain, which consequently requires an unconventional approach to design issues. In total, over 130 hotel rooms, an underground garage, a swimming pool area, SPA, a restaurant with full kitchen facilities, a confectionery and a conference area are being designed. The usable area of the facility is approx. 8500m2 |
