Description:

After designing, the supporting structure of the conveyor belt was made on the premises of the working plant. The route of the technological bridge was marked out in a difficult area between: the existing pipe flyovers, the railway line and the fire road.
    The facility is located in an area with poorly inventoried underground infrastructure, with the possibility of uneven subsidence. The basic assembly of the steel structure with the majority of the technology installed was carried out at temperatures below -25 degrees Celsius for 15 days. Among other things, a 450-ton mobile crane was used, which in these conditions worked at extreme parameters. The device was launched just two days after the assembly of the structure was completed.
    The entire structural system is distinguished by high rigidity, the possibility of geometric adjustment, which allows to compensate for the impact of excessive settlements and the additional stresses caused by them. This ability had to be checked initially on numerical models.
The technological bridge, for transport, logistics and customs reasons, was tried to be solved in the most legible way, with the maximum degree of prefabrication. Thus, it was deprived of a number of small elements and assembly operations in difficult climatic conditions were minimized.
    The transfer tower was a fixed point, the extreme supports were designed as rocker supports with a structural structure - in shape resembling homoid objects. The average height of the conveyor belt above the ground is approx. 20m.
The total weight of the structure is approx. 200 tons.
    The gallery bridge, which is about 160 m in a straight line, was supported only on three main vertical supports: two extreme rocker columns and a central transfer tower.
